About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead client engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Provide strategic guidance on integration, separation, and operational planning for buy- and sell-side deals
  • Manage integration and separation engagements across pre-close planning and post-close execution
  • Structure engagement workplans, timelines, and staffing models aligned to transaction objectives
  • Oversee integration and separation deliverables, including readiness assessments and execution plans
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client workstreams and support issue resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional advisory teams to deliver integrated Deal Services Advisory solutions
  • Coach and develop supervisors and senior associates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 6–11 years of experience
  • Demonstrated project and team management experience
  • Experience supporting private equity or corporate transaction clients (preferred)
  • Consulting or professional services background (preferred)
  • Moderate travel depending on engagement needs
  • Flexibility to meet client timelines
  • Not an entry-level role for candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future (i.e. F-1 visa holders)
