About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead day-to-day execution of value creation engagements
  • Manage value creation engagements across pre-close diligence and post-close execution
  • Structure analytical approaches for synergy, cost reduction, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Lead client working sessions and support value realization planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 6–11 years of experience
  • Experience serving private equity clients preferred
  • MBA, CPA, or equivalent preferred
  • Must not require sponsorship now or in the future for entry-level hiring; F-1 visa holders excluded from entry-level sponsorship
  • Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered
