About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support clients in the life sciences industry within Revenue Growth & Operations Consulting
  • Provide analytical support and industry insight during client assessments
  • Define current states using data, opinions, observations, interviews, and facilitated workshops
  • Identify business drivers and prioritize work efforts to maximize engagement productivity
  • Propose, develop, and implement solutions to complex client initiatives
  • Communicate with engagement teams, client employees, C-suite executives, and private equity partners
  • Support business development, networking, proposals, and marketing content
  • Support engagement economics including proposal budgeting, pricing, margin management, billing, and risk management
  • Help expand RSM's service offerings and industry scope

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of professional consulting experience or relevant industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in at least three listed performance improvement initiatives
  • Excellent critical thinking and ability to solve complex business problems through fact gathering, business process mapping and data analysis
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, project management, and organization skills
  • Client service and relationship building skills
  • Team player with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel 25%+
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Knowledge of global regulatory requirements preferred
  • Must not require sponsorship now or in the future for entry-level hiring under the stated policy
