Key responsibilities & impact

Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and ensure clear, complete documentation
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to capture business needs and align expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions
Use business intelligence tools and data analysis methods to evaluate business performance and recommend improvements
Support testing by reviewing test cases, validating requirements, and assisting with defect resolution
Mentor junior analysts through guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing
Contribute to improving business analysis methods, templates, and best practices
Independently lead requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design to deliver effective, scalable solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business analysis, project delivery, or related roles
Experience using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau to analyze and present data insights
Working knowledge of data analysis tools and query languages such as SQL
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Familiarity with secure SDLC (SSDLC) practices
Ability to work with stakeholders to balance competing priorities and reach consensus
Strong communication and facilitation skills with business and technical audiences
Analytical mindset with ability to solve complex problems
Demonstrated ability to mentor and support less experienced colleagues
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related field
Professional certification such as IIBA CCBA or Agile BA preferred
