About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and support the firm's day-to-day travel program
- Ensure execution of travel policies, processes, and services and a positive traveler experience
- Serve as primary point of contact for travelers, arrangers, and key stakeholders
- Provide guidance and resolve inquiries promptly
- Partner with the Travel Management Company to resolve booking, ticketing, and traveler servicing issues
- Support preferred supplier relationships for airline, hotel, ground transportation, meal, and other travel services
- Support guest travel for interview candidates, pre-employment hires, and expats
- Improve operational processes, reporting, policy compliance, and vendor management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in related field or the equivalent through a combination of education or work experience
- Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot
- Can-do approach and problem-solving ability
- 3-5 years travel experience
- Experience negotiating contract terms and conditions for travel provider contracts
- Proven cost-benefit experience and savings in travel negotiations
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and with vendors
- Exceptional listening skills
- Entry-level candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible
- Recent U.S. college/university graduates with 1-2 years of progressive, relevant experience may be eligible for hire as experienced associates
