About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and maintain the overall change management plan and supporting deliverables
  • Develop and execute a holistic change management strategy transitioning stakeholder groups from current to future state
  • Collaborate with Change Management leaders and colleagues, operations, product teams, IT, functional areas across RSM, and the field
  • Manage change throughout assigned projects or initiatives under the change management leader’s direction
  • Apply the change management framework and supporting tools, including Tear Sheet, Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Analysis, and Training Needs Analysis
  • Coordinate, apply, and track change management tools and activities
  • Ensure on-time delivery of change materials
  • Facilitate conversations to understand processes and technology, refining deliverables based on outcomes
  • Support project teams and field resources in analyzing and developing actions in response to formal feedback
  • Pursue formal and informal training to increase change management acumen
  • Help transition work from project/product teams to operations/business teams
  • Serve as a Performance Advisor through feedback, coaching, goal setting, and training
  • Act as primary liaison to the change sponsor, project manager, leadership, project team, and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree (preference given to Business, Technology or Accounting major)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with leadership, managing managers and individual contributors
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working on initiatives that require formal Change Management plans / deliverables
  • Results driven; high integrity; ability to influence, negotiate and build relationships; superior communications skills; ability to make complex decisions and manage change
  • Effective cross-channel communication skills for differing audiences and situations
  • Prior public accounting experience with mid to large size firm(s) or other professional services experience
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker and problem-solving experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and extraordinary attention to detail
  • Experience leading teams through change and digital transformation
  • Strong ownership, bias to action, and ability to succeed in ambiguity
  • Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and motivate teams towards achieving goals
  • Experience challenging the status quo and leading teams through holistic assessments
  • Ability to engage in long-term business planning at managerial and executive levels
  • Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™) preferred
