About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and manage the training email inbox to address inquiries and requests
  • Process course scheduling requests and register participants
  • Manage the course nominations process, including finalizing learner lists
  • Produce and support virtual and in-person courses
  • Maintain and update online learning sites and repositories
  • Develop and manage marketing strategies for courses and events
  • Organize and maintain course materials and recordings
  • Troubleshoot system issues encountered by learners and provide technical support
  • Take ownership of day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate with customers and Finance teams for course-related transactions
  • Travel as needed, up to 10%
  • Meet program schedules and budgets and support maintenance of integrated master schedules for projects
  • Track pursuits and manage pursuit updates in Salesforce
  • Review customer requirements and prepare validation and gates
  • Schedule and manage IPMT meetings
  • Ensure pursuit decks are completed according to the pursuit schedule
  • Coordinate and oversee administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines
  • Liaise between project management and planning and line management
  • Coordinate preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contracts
  • Monitor and assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives
  • Participate in coordinating, preparing, and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements
  • Ensure action-item lists are completed and project quality expectations are met

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
  • Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written)
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • Candidates must be residents of Puerto Rico
  • Experience with Workday LMS
  • Knowledge of data reporting tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience with stakeholder communication tools, such as Outlook and Teams
  • Problem-solving skills and technical support experience
  • Familiarity with Agile environments
  • Ability to navigate competing priorities and achieve successful outcomes in critical situations
