Key responsibilities & impact

Map existing digital and business processes and identify necessary process changes
Develop technology roadmaps and support digital transformation
Own one or more business technology portfolios within Pursuit and Group Functions, including strategies, roadmaps, solutions, and applications
Develop portfolio-level technical architectures, standards, and strategic technology roadmaps
Drive end-to-end visibility of digital technology integrated with business processes
Develop and deliver architecture guidelines for major initiatives
Partner with P&W stakeholders to align portfolio architecture with company needs
Provide technical leadership and direction to technology and business teams
Communicate guidance based on enterprise standards
Provide thought leadership for platforms such as CRM, CLM, and ERP, applications, and related business processes
Collaborate with executives, subject matter experts, peers, and stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
Provide global guidance on industry best practices for architecture and business processes
Support process mapping, architecture, and optimization for digital transformation in industrial, manufacturing, or aerospace and defense organizations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field and 12+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 7+ years acting as a portfolio architect leading large-scale technology portfolios; OR an advanced degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field and 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 7+ years acting as a portfolio architect leading large-scale technology portfolios
Experience implementing global processes and practices for architecture, including governing portfolio roadmaps and application standards
Experience with modern architecture frameworks and designs supporting digital technology insertion and DevSecOps pipeline delivery
Ability to provide strategic technical leadership and lead by influence in creating short- and long-term strategies and roadmaps in a virtual environment
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
U.S. citizenship required due to government contractual requirements
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or Computer Science preferred
Experience working in a complex, service-intensive, deadline-driven environment preferred
Relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills preferred
Knowledge and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams preferred
Expertise in API strategy and governance, including API architectural patterns, API standards, integration frameworks, system interoperability, and data exchange optimization preferred
Self-starter with strong customer service orientation preferred
