About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as senior leader and subject matter expert for Pratt & Whitney Warehouse Management solutions, Sales & Distribution, and SAP Global Trade processes
Functionally lead projects using waterfall or agile methodologies
Lead cross-functional teams integrating Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Management Systems, and enterprise applications
Lead business analysts and stakeholders in defining process enhancements
Interface with business leadership and manage third-party suppliers
Execute project deliverables within defined schedules and budgets
Build relationships with enterprise teams, business partners, and senior management
Design integrated solutions using S&D/WMS automation toolsets
Translate business processes and requirements into application solutions
Troubleshoot SAP WM/EWM, Fiori, Sales and Distribution, SAP GTS, and other Warehouse Management applications
Design and influence solutions using internal systems and new technologies
Participate in continuous improvement activities
Ensure production applications meet agreed service levels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information System, Information Technology, or related technical field and 12+ years of hands-on applicable work experience; OR an advanced degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field and 10+ years of hands-on applicable work experience
5+ years of experience leading teams responsible for delivery of complex DT solutions in large multinational organizations
5+ years of experience managing Warehousing and Sales and Distribution Applications in a manufacturing environment
U.S. citizenship required
Working knowledge of SAP WM, EWM, S&D, and SAP GTS modules preferred
Experience migrating SAP ECC to SAP S4 EWM S&D and SAP GTS modules preferred
Understanding of SAP systems interfacing with WM, WM/EWM, and GTS, including Material Master, Production Planning and Execution, and Solumina preferred
Strong technical experience with ECC, S4, and Fiori preferred
Problem-solving and analytical abilities
Expertise developing functional requirements and translating them into application code
Leadership of successful process improvement initiatives
Process development and implementation across organizational boundaries
Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, verbal, written communication, and technical skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, meet deadlines, adjust to changing priorities, multitask, work independently, and collaborate with geographically distributed teams
