About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Supply Chain and Quality functions as a specialized Talent Partner
- Service and triage assigned client groups, ensuring HRBPs and leaders receive appropriate talent expertise
- Partner with client groups to define and execute talent strategy
- Provide talent brokerage, visibility, opportunity sharing, and slating coordination
- Prepare, support, and enable talent reviews, segmentation, and succession planning
- Support high-potential and top-talent identification, development, and pipeline visibility
- Prepare materials and insights for Collins and RTX talent councils
- Support critical roles and talent work, including risk mitigation
- Serve as process steward for PI, IDP, mentorship, development, and enterprise tools
- Partner with HRBPs to activate critical talent actions
- Provide feedback on talent management processes, technology, and tools
- Triage talent inquiries and coordinate Talent COE services
- Coach HRBPs on basic OE tools and vendors
- Support preparation for simple team sessions and facilitate limited interventions such as assessments and SDI
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
- Experience in Human Resources as an HR Business Partner and/or in Talent Management
- Experience communicating with senior leaders and executive stakeholders
- Experience working in large, complex, global organizational environments
- Aerospace and Defense Industry experience preferred
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or Talent Management Partner within a matrixed organization preferred
- Previous HR experience supporting an Operations, Supply Chain, or Quality client group preferred
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future
- No security clearance required
