About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage day-to-day production support for Benefits Integration Systems
  • Resolve ServiceNow tickets related to benefits processing and data integrity
  • Complete leave, SSN, and pension data corrections in accordance with policies and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain accurate system data
  • Document recurring issues and support continuous process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of education
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience supporting HR, payroll, or benefits systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage sensitive data
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar tools
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future
  • No security clearance required
