About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements
Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support internally developed software applications throughout their lifecycle, including requirements management and process improvement
Conduct backlog refinement and prioritize requirements with product owners and development teams
Utilize requirements management, process modeling, and documentation tools to create actionable solutions
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure deliverables align with Agile/Scrum methodologies and organizational goals
Work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
Maintain records and support ongoing application re-certification processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with minimum of 10+ years of experience OR minimum of 8 years of experience with an advanced degree
U.S. citizenship is required
Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Experience supporting software applications throughout their lifecycle
Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements
Experience facilitating discussions among technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with international trade processes, import/export compliance, or customs-related business functions (preferred)
Experience working with distributed global teams (preferred)
Agile background (preferred)
Experience with system audits (preferred)
