About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape, influence, and execute strategic direction for business operations, operating models, and governance structures
- Mature execution cadence to align work to strategy and enable predictable delivery
- Coordinate dependencies across programs and functional teams
- Lead process improvement initiatives using CORE methodology and structured problem-solving tools
- Drive senior-level business reviews and operational analysis with executive leadership
- Mature risk, issue, and change control governance across Agile, hybrid, and waterfall workstreams
- Define, implement, and refine strategic KPIs connecting execution performance to long-term objectives
- Partner with Finance on budget strategy, multi-year forecasting, investment planning, and resourcing strategies
- Identify systemic issues and operational gaps, diagnose root causes, and implement scalable solutions
- Promote disciplined delivery, structured problem solving, continuous learning, and operational rigor across teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Release Train Engineer Agile experience or certification
- Project Management experience
- Experience implementing management systems across a project portfolio, including financial oversight, risk management, scheduling, and scope management
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall execution principles
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership and teams
- Ability to build trust, foster teamwork, and take accountability for customer and stakeholder relationships
- Clear, efficient, and impactful communication across a wide range of stakeholders
