About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop adoption capability for major transformation initiatives across Enterprise Services/Business Solutions
- Build adoption roadmaps, playbooks, journey maps, and common standards
- Partner with Program Management, Change Management, Communications, Knowledge & Education, service owners, and SMEs
- Embed adoption execution into program planning
- Develop adoption roadmaps aligned to project milestones and organizational readiness
- Create and maintain adoption playbooks and templates
- Communicate adoption readiness to leadership at various levels
- Define cross-program interdependencies and readiness checkpoints
- Provide adoption guidance and tools while maintaining execution ownership with service owners and project teams
- Support readiness assessments, risk identification, and mitigation planning
- Monitor adoption progress and escalate risks or patterns
- Build adoption capability through coaching and continuous improvement
- Assess impacts and readiness needs across user personas and translate insights into recommendations
- Teach and coach project teams on adoption frameworks and practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Program Management, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years experience as a Change Lead, Adoption Lead, Business Readiness Lead, or similar-type role
- 5+ years leading or supporting large-scale organizational change efforts
- Up to 25% travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to translate stakeholder needs into action
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Resilient and tenacious, able to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Highly organized with planning, structure, and tactical follow-through
- Ability to guide teams through structured adoption practices
- Strong facilitation skills
- Excellent collaboration skills across multiple areas
