About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic, analytical, technical, organizational, and executive support to the SVP of Strategy & Transformation
Act independently to drive enterprise-wide initiatives
Lead critical strategic projects and special assignments
Serve as primary liaison across P&Ls, functional leaders, and senior executives
Improve operational efficiency by optimizing processes, meeting cadences, and cross-functional interactions
Anticipate emerging needs and provide proactive, innovative solutions
Analyze and synthesize complex data to inform decision-making
Develop executive-level and Board-level presentations and reports
Support senior-level meetings, travel, external engagements, and high-visibility executive communications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Operations Management, Finance/Economics or related field with 14+ years of experience; OR an Advanced degree in one of these fields with 12+ years of experience
Experience as a management consultant, chief of staff, or related profession
U.S. citizenship is required
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to influence and engage senior leadership
Proactive, independent self-starter who takes ownership and drives continuous improvement
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to synthesize complex data and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills
Advanced proficiency in PPT, Excel, and data visualization tools
Comfort leveraging technology, including AI tools
Skill developing executive-level presentations and communications
Working knowledge of the aerospace and defense industry
