About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support cross-functional teams covering multiple business units in RTX Corporate Operations and Supply Chain
Support non-product and product sourcing activities
Perform supply chain risk management, performance, and operational analysis
Conduct spend analysis
Develop and execute sourcing strategies
Support supplier negotiations
Manage supplier performance
Contribute to business process management
Support tools, analytics, and other strategic initiatives across the RTX Corporate Supply Chain organization
Operate within a matrixed organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Operations, or a closely related field and actively enrolled through the duration of the internship
Minimum of 60 credits completed prior to starting the internship
Experience with SharePoint, including creating sites, maintaining sites, and controlling permissions
Advanced Excel knowledge and data analytics skills
Ability to create Power BI dashboards
Experience building apps with Microsoft Power Platform
U.S. citizenship is required
Minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA required
Proven project management experience and ability to deliver measurable results independently
Ability to collaborate with coworkers from diverse communities and cultures
Foundational knowledge of supply chain principles
