Key responsibilities & impact

Support the RTX Corporate Supply Chain organization across product and non-product sourcing, supply chain risk management, performance, analytics, tools, and strategic initiatives
Contribute to processes across the RTX Corporate Supply Chain organization within a matrixed organization
Support supply chain commodities
Conduct operational and spend analysis
Develop and execute sourcing strategies
Participate in supplier negotiations
Support supplier performance management
Contribute to business process management initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Operations, or a closely related field
Must be actively enrolled through the duration of the internship
Minimum 60 credits completed before starting the internship
Experience with SharePoint, including creating sites, maintaining sites, and controlling permissions
Advanced Excel knowledge and data analytics skills
Ability to create Power BI dashboards
Experience building apps with Microsoft Power Platform
U.S. citizenship required
Minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA preferred
Proven project management experience preferred
Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations and deliver measurable results independently preferred
Collaborative experience with coworkers from diverse communities and cultures preferred
Foundational knowledge of supply chain principles preferred
