Key responsibilities & impact
  • Learn end-to-end data processes including data collection, curation, analysis, and visualization
  • Participate in developing and optimizing data pipelines to transform raw data into actionable insights
  • Support data quality checks for data accuracy and reliability
  • Write and maintain Python scripts/macros for data analytics processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, refine requirements, and align product goals
  • Participate in Agile sprints
  • Support investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and reports communicating insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Science or Computer Science Engineering
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment
  • English (read, write, speak) required for communication with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English
  • Pursuing bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields preferred
  • Demonstrated communication, teaming, and results-oriented skills preferred
  • Prior experience communicating across teams and platforms preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred
