Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Model Based Systems Engineering activities within the Engine Design & Systems Integration organization
  • Support requirement management, systems, and design integration activities
  • Apply analytical and mathematical modeling skills to solve problems at an implementation level
  • Make minor changes or enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve work-area effectiveness
  • Support other duties and functions within the company based on business needs
  • Contribute to systems solutions, engineering quality and productivity, and next-generation systems engineering for commercial and military propulsion systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical, Software, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance
  • DoD Secret clearance
  • Understanding of gas turbine jet engines
  • Knowledge in C++, Python, MATLAB, or VBA programming
  • Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering and Cameo Systems Modeler or equivalent software
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
