About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads in monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting, and analysis
  • Support monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs)
  • Facilitate Estimates at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) inputs
  • Partner with engineering and program leads for EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, and monthly variance reporting
  • Perform weekly analysis of cost and labor runs
  • Drive cost control and schedule using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools
  • Create quarterly EACs and monthly LREs, including cost estimates, test-of-reasonableness analysis, and risk and opportunities assessment
  • Perform detailed EV and financial analysis against budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions
  • Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts
  • Support Functional organizations and ensure program financial commitments are met

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Working experience with SAP and/or APEX and/or similar financial systems
  • Working experience with the Microsoft Office Tool Suite, with a focus on Excel
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Preferred: Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and/or other Government Procurement regulations as they pertain to Bid/Cost proposals
  • Preferred: Knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area
  • Preferred: Knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization
  • Preferred: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers
