About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead creation of rules, conventions, and digital behaviors for machine-readable MBD
Develop enterprise standards and tools supporting MBD and MBI initiatives
Drive interoperability strategies with strategic partners
Ensure consistent downstream consumption of MBD across Engineering, Operations, and Quality
Support model-based inspection workflows, including CMM/CAI tools and machine-readable PMI
Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to mature the digital thread
Enable robust, validated, and repeatable model-centric processes aligned with enterprise goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
7+ years of leadership experience
Experience in MBD authoring, GD&T, PMI, and digital product specification
Experience with model-based inspection workflows, including CMM/CAI tools and machine-readable PMI
Proficiency with NX, Teamcenter, or comparable CAD/PLM systems
U.S. citizenship required
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance
Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1
