About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive organizational agility and business growth by bridging functional execution and high-level corporate strategy
Spend 50% of time developing, managing, and optimizing databases, Power BI dashboards, and SharePoint ecosystems
Spend 50% of time on strategic planning, including corporate goals, market and competitive analysis, financial forecasting, corporate development, and enterprise-wide risk frameworks
Structure, query, and maintain core databases to ensure data lakehouse integrity, query performance, and reliable access
Connect to Databricks environments to design, build, and deploy automated data models and interactive corporate dashboards in Power BI
Administer, configure, and customize SharePoint infrastructure, document libraries, access permissions, and intranet workflows
Integrate enterprise information from core databases into Power BI, SharePoint, and front-end reporting layers
Translate long-term corporate visions into strategic initiatives and execution roadmaps
Conduct macroeconomic, industry trend, and competitor analysis
Build financial models, cost-benefit analyses, and growth projections
Establish enterprise-wide risk assessment frameworks and operational structures
Prepare business cases, strategic briefs, and presentations for executive decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline and 5+ years of blended experience handling corporate strategy/development alongside enterprise data environments
OR an Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline and 3+ years of blended experience handling corporate strategy/development alongside enterprise data environments
Proficiency in SQL and Python/PySpark
Advanced DAX and Power Query mastery
Expert-level understanding of Power BI and modern SharePoint architecture
Experience with Databricks and Power BI enterprise data environments
Experience employing classical strategy frameworks, including SWOT, PESTLE, Porter’s Five Forces, and Ansoff Matrix
Experience with financial analysis
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future
