About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage in a large-scale S/4HANA implementation across the RTX organization
Design and implement security for ERP SaaS solutions, including Ariba Business Network
Perform hands-on security build and configuration for Ariba, Concur, IAG, SAC, IBP, Fieldglass, and similar ERP SaaS solutions
Implement and maintain SAP Business Network application and data security requirements
Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems
Support testing and go-live activities for relevant ERP SaaS solutions
Collaborate with Application Security, Internal and External Audit teams, and functional business stakeholders
Ensure ERP SaaS solutions meet regulations, policies, and compliance requirements
Apply RTX policy to documented processes and audit compliance
Liaise with business leads and focal points while driving end-user requirements and leveraging SOX compliance and controls

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience OR, in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
Experience covering Role Based Access Controls in ERP SaaS security solutions, including Ariba and Business Network security
Experience understanding SAP security architecture and best practices
Experience performing security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing security solutions
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Understanding of government compliance requirements, such as DFARS and NIST standards
Strong understanding of SOX compliance, controls, and integration into ERP systems
Experience with SAP security architecture and role-based authorization models across SAP Fieldglass, IBP, Concur, Ariba and Business Network, IAG, SAC, and related ERP and SaaS applications
Must be a U.S. Person
Ability to travel up to 20–50%
