About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage junior analysts
  • Coordinate all aspects of CGO EVMS submissions
  • Develop, present, and defend monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE)
  • Support investment business cases
  • Support baseline scope expansion tasking
  • Analyze capacitization investment earned-value metrics, including weekly/monthly costs incurred
  • Provide leading-indicator guidance to CGO leadership and the program community
  • Integrate and manage large suppliers involved in material and manufacturing development
  • Partner with the CGO Finance Director to implement and shape the CGO strategic financial outlook over the Long Range Plan
  • Build consensus among senior executive leaders on the best path to accelerated production and associated financial benefits
  • Oversee capacitization investments valued at more than $10B

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of experience
  • Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience interfacing and conducting business with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, Quality, and other functional disciplines
  • Experience with EVMS, Program Controls, and/or Cost/Schedule Integration or a similar system
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement, regularly both onsite and offsite
  • Preferred: Ability to build cross-functional teams through influence without formal authority
  • Preferred: Experience leading and mentoring peers and junior analysts
  • Preferred: Experience with SAP, including PRISM MRP
  • Preferred: Experience with financial forecasting, Annual Operating Plans, Long Range Planning, and risk & opportunity management
  • Preferred: Excellent presentation, communication, and professional skills
  • Preferred: Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred: Ability to work well under pressure with internal and external customers
  • Preferred: Ability to perform work without appreciable direction
  • Preferred: Direct communication with Government customers
