About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Germany Patriot program as Business Manager for a $3B+ backlog portfolio, primarily DCS with potential future FMS captures
Forecast the $3B+ backlog portfolio
Lead proposal captures from a finance standpoint
Lead the Estimates at Completion (EAC) and Earned Value process
Update financial reports and presentations for program leadership
Manage a team of multiple employees
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and respond to audit requests
Partner with other functions to ensure execution compliance
Support program execution, including EACs and Earned Value, proposal captures, and financial forecasting
Interact with management levels and supporting functions in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related work experience; OR an advanced degree and a minimum of 7 years of related work experience
Experience with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement
Experience with finance tools, including program cost controls, scheduling, tracking, and/or forecasting
Experience managing a team
U.S. citizenship required
Experience with Earned Value, Estimates at Completion (EACs) and/or proposals preferred
Experience with Raytheon financial tools/systems, including APEX and PMX Tool Suite preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred
Ability to communicate information concisely to a cross-functional team preferred
Independent, self-motivated, innovative, strategic thinker and highly organized preferred
Ability to tell a simple story based on large data sets preferred
