About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the Operations, Supply Chain & Quality (OSCQ) Finance Lead for the PATRIOT Sub Strategic Business Unit within the Land & Air Defense Systems SBU
- Act as the financial execution business partner supporting functional leads and the program office
- Work closely with OSCQ PATRIOT SSBU Director, PMO Finance PATRIOT Director, Patriot Product Line Managers, Material Program Managers, Program Operations Managers, and Program Management teams
- Lead a team of 20–25 OSCQ Finance professionals focused on operational, financial, and program performance metrics
- Lead development of Quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs) covering all OSCQ scope
- Drive detailed analytics, policy adherence, variance analysis, and Risk & Opportunity assessments with MPMs, POMs, PMOs, and the factory
- Support Operations Labor forecasts for Monthly Forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long Range Plan (LRP)
- Develop analysis supporting OSCQ Monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly reviews (PER/MBR/S&OP/S&OE)
- Review quarterly CER metrics and their impact on the PATRIOT SSBU
- Support teams and programs operating in Eastern time zones
Requirements
What you’ll need- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
- Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC's) or similar systems and tools
- Experience with program costs and schedules
- Management/Leadership experience on high visibility projects and programs
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with Earned Value Management principles and processes
- U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Master's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related preferred
- Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems preferred
- Ability to multitask and work on several different program issues concurrently
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management verbally and in written form
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact with, influence, and/or lead teams
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements
