About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform detailed financial analysis to define and understand monthly variances to budget and the EAC position
  • Perform quarterly Estimates at Completion and monthly Latest Revised Estimates
  • Use metrics and tools to support successful program execution
  • Prepare Earned Value reporting of cost/schedule and financial analysis using standard company tools and processes
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance and data analysis
  • Update financial reports and presentations for program leadership
  • Develop and support Quarterly EAC and monthly LRE
  • Process approved Budget Change Requests and incorporate changes into control systems
  • Support the FP&A monthly cadence as needed
  • Interact with management at various levels and cross-functional teams
  • Support the Global Patriot PAD and Netherlands Patriot program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or a related field and a minimum of 5 years related work experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years related work experience
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement (i.e. Program Controls)
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Experience with Earned Value and Estimates at Completion (EACs) preferred
  • Experience with Raytheon financial tools/systems: Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), Program Management Excellence (PMX) Tool Suite preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and advanced formulas preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred
  • Independent, self-motivated, innovative, strategic thinker and highly organized with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills preferred
  • Ability to work within a commutable distance to Tewksbury, MA or Andover, MA
  • Ability to work in a hybrid onsite and remote arrangement
