About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create business requirement documents, use cases, and process maps
- Design solutions for non-standard work, workflow changes, and process re-engineering
- Liaise between business teams and technical teams
- Partner with ESBS leads to ensure consistent processes
- Coordinate with SAP, operational, and business process SMEs across RTX
- Lead testing and validation of proposed solutions
- Assist in training users and providing ongoing support for new or updated systems
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders and business partners
- Assist project management with scheduling, resourcing, and change management activities
- Provide management with updates on status, risks, and mitigation plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Accounting or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- Experience with the implementation, configuration, or support of Solov software or similar enterprise software platforms
- 5+ years experience analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and collaborating with stakeholders to deploy software solutions
- 5+ years experience with Business Services business processes and technical system knowledge
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Ability to understand business processes, identify and mitigate risk
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and other analytical tools
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and external third parties
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple priorities with limited oversight
- Ability to work with teams to define and implement IT solution architecture or software
- Ability to identify system issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
