About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead annual operating plan, budget development, forecasting, and long-range financial and resource planning
Identify organizational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and process gaps; develop and implement solutions to improve speed, quality, and execution
Drive development, simplification, and continuous improvement of security policies, processes, and operating procedures
Establish and mature security education and training strategies, programs, and workforce capabilities
Coordinate priorities across security disciplines to reduce duplication, improve collaboration, and enable enterprise-wide solutions
Develop metrics, reporting, governance, and management mechanisms to measure progress, identify risks, and drive accountability
Collaborate across security disciplines to align resources with security and business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives
Experience with Microsoft Products
Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship required
Active and existing DoD Top Secret security clearance required on day 1
CORE Professional or CORE Expert Certification preferred
Experience managing workforce development initiatives, including education, training, and talent development programs preferred
Familiarity with financial management, including budget development, forecasting, and long-range planning preferred
Familiarity with metrics development and reporting mechanisms preferred
Experience in policy development and process improvement within security organizations preferred
