About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive operational excellence and digital transformation across the end-to-end value stream
Develop and maintain capacity models and real-time monitoring systems
Optimize utilization of assets, workforce, and processes
Build and deploy digital twins and simulation environments
Use advanced modeling to mitigate risks and improve operational resilience
Champion Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead value stream mapping and holistic system optimization
Streamline processes to improve throughput, cycle times, customer responsiveness, and satisfaction
Collaborate with data teams on data pipelines, dashboards, and predictive analytical models
Implement advanced planning and scheduling tools
Establish and operate an integrated control room or control tower
Orchestrate cross-functional operational performance and situational awareness
Lead process development, scale-up, and operational readiness for new product introductions
Oversee expansion of manufacturing and supply chain capabilities
Travel approximately 50% to U.S. manufacturing sites and meet factory leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years' experience
Experience leading digital transformations in manufacturing and supply chain environments
Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
Experience in capacity planning, digital twin technology, simulation modeling, and advanced analytics
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance
U.S. citizenship required
Active and existing DoD TS/SCI security clearance required after day 1
Knowledge of control room/control tower development and operations
Experience supporting new product introductions and site expansions
Familiarity with industrial and process engineering technologies and tools
Ability to design and optimize end-to-end value streams and streamline workflows
Hands-on experience with data engineering, business intelligence tools, and advanced planning software
Leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and track record of measurable operational improvements
