About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the LADS Engineering leadership team in efficient and effective operations across the organization
Support capital planning and execution activities
Support staffing and demand forecasting
Facilitate CORE and annual goal alignment processes
Drive process improvements into organization operations
Collaborate across the LADS Engineering leadership team, disciplines, and governance organization
Travel as required to meet organizational objectives
Manage capital planning activities, staffing and demand forecasting, clearance processing and tracking, engineering training requirements, internal communications, and team operations
Partner with LADS SBU Engineering leaders, disciplines, governance organizations, and functional partners to maintain alignment and operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
Experience managing cost, schedule, and execution for technical projects
Experience leading a team
Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship required
Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Experience working across functions and disciplines, including influencing without authority
Experience collaborating with senior leaders
Experience with CapEx planning or execution
Experience with Power BI or Power App
