About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead execution of the MGUE Inc-1 Sustainment Support Contract
  • Manage DLA Life Time Buy ASIC contracts and adjacent market contracts within the MAGS portfolio
  • Set strategy, vision, and direction for customer success, product integrity, on-time delivery, and business growth
  • Establish and manage financial baselines aligned with program objectives and customer expectations
  • Serve as the central hub for the Chief Engineer, Integrated Product Teams, and functional teams
  • Support bidding, proposals, and contract execution
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and technical performance metrics
  • Travel domestically for business and customer needs up to 25%
  • Engage executive leadership and support core MCP SSBU products and programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Experience interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and/or cross-functional teams
  • Program management skills including cost and schedule management, Earned Value Management (EVMS), risk and opportunity management, bids, proposals, and/or business strategy
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
  • Raytheon Program Management Level 5 Certification or ability to obtain in one year (preferred)
  • Knowledge of GPS products and end use (preferred)
