About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with finance, digital technology, and project management teams to deliver projects accurately and on time
Provide user support for the OneStream application, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Recommend process improvements for OneStream usage
Administer OneStream applications, including security groups, workflows, metadata updates, and data integrations
Gather requirements and conduct analyses with Finance teams
Support financial reporting, planning, and forecasting processes
Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and ongoing education for OneStream users
Lead and participate in CORE activities, including process mapping, waste elimination, and efficiency improvements
Support documentation, project tracking, process standardization, and organizational initiatives
Align internal teams with RTX digital transformation goals and continuous improvement principles
Monitor EPM platform advancements and industry best practices to drive innovation in financial systems and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems
Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience, or, in the absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 8 years of experience working with financial reporting, planning, and/or forecasting tools
Minimum of 3 years with OneStream in a user or administrative capacity
Familiarity with OneStream workflows, dashboards, cube views, and metadata management
Experience supporting OneStream users, troubleshooting, and optimizing application usage
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
Experience with other EPM tools is a plus
Proficiency in CORE principles and methodologies
Experience leading process improvement initiatives
Ability to manage project documentation, process standardization, and organizational tracking
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
