About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Finance and Reporting for the RTX Enterprise Services digital organization

  • Design and configure systems and processes aligned to Finance and Reporting
  • Provide executive communication
  • Provide ongoing technical and administrative support for the OneStream reporting platform
  • Manage OneStream applications, including copy/refresh, creation/deletion, and disk space monitoring
  • Manage users, roles, groups, ACM tools, and provisioning dashboards
  • Troubleshoot login failures, desktop client issues, Excel add-ins, and performance problems
  • Install and troubleshoot OneStream Marketplace Solutions
  • Manage upgrades and deploy desktop and Excel client updates to large user populations
  • Support integrations involving Snowflake, Matillion, Alteryx, SAP Connector, SIC, and OS-to-SAP automation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of relevant software engineering or enterprise application delivery experience
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Hands-on experience providing OneStream technical and administrative support across multiple highly available environments
  • Proficiency in OneStream application management, including copy/refresh, application creation/deletion, and disk space monitoring
  • Expertise in user provisioning, including user/role/group management, ACM tool administration, and custom provisioning dashboard updates
  • Experience supporting login failures, desktop client problems, Excel add-in troubleshooting, and performance analysis
  • Experience managing OneStream Marketplace Solutions, including ACM, System Diagnostics, and CAT, with installation and troubleshooting
  • Experience managing upgrades and deploying desktop and Excel client updates to large user populations (5,000+ employees)
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Matillion, and Alteryx integrations using REST APIs (preferred)
  • Experience with OneStream SAP Connector, SIC integration, and OS-to-SAP load automation (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization abilities (preferred)
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with continuous enhancements and releases (preferred)
