About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work collaboratively with the Program Management Office, Global Trade Program Support, Audit, Investigations & Disclosure, and Central Technology Management teams
Develop dashboards, websites, and support data analysis, health monitoring, and other key data management tasks
Report to the Global Trade Program Management Office
Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and SharePoint environments to track KPIs and business performance
Identify data needs and deliver actionable insights with Global Trade teams
Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources
Analyze data using statistical and mathematical methods to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or analytics; OR an Advanced degree and 5+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or analytics
Proficiency with Power BI and Power Query
Experience with data transformation projects (ETL)
Experience with data modelling and SQL
Experience with SharePoint, including Lists and governance
Experience with Power Automate and Power App
Experience with Snowflake and Databricks
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Work experience ensuring compliance with ITAR, EAR, and U.S. sanctions regulations
Experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization
Strong organizational skills, including communicating and presenting to multiple organizational levels
Ability to motivate, influence, manage crises, develop effective internal networks, and collaborate with multiple business functions
