About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage Global Supply Chain Management activities within the Evolved SeaSparrow Missile portfolio
- Serve as the interface between Supply Chain and the program’s integrated product teams or equivalent organizations
- Develop and implement material strategies
- Perform material forecasting
- Ensure cost and schedule requirements are met
- Evaluate metrics to monitor Global Supply Chain Management health
- Conduct supplier assessments
- Develop and support ROMs and proposals
- Drive processes to successful completion in support of an aggressive delivery schedule
- Operate with minimal oversight and escalate when assistance is required
- Adapt to strategic and tactical tasks
- Work in a cross-functional team-oriented environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- Minimum 7 years of progressive, relevant business experience in supply chain, operations, program planning, estimating, compliance or a similar/related field
- Experience in operations, program planning, estimating, or compliance in a manufacturing and/or supply chain environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
- Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1
- Earned Value Management System Certified preferred
- Experience with Office 365 preferred
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Ability to process information from multiple sources
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment
