About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage Global Supply Chain Management activities within the Evolved SeaSparrow Missile portfolio
  • Serve as the interface between Supply Chain and the program’s integrated product teams or equivalent organizations
  • Develop and implement material strategies
  • Perform material forecasting
  • Ensure cost and schedule requirements are met
  • Evaluate metrics to monitor Global Supply Chain Management health
  • Conduct supplier assessments
  • Develop and support ROMs and proposals
  • Drive processes to successful completion in support of an aggressive delivery schedule
  • Adapt to strategic and tactical tasks and escalate when assistance is required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience in supply chain, operations, program planning, estimating, compliance, or another similar/related field
  • Earned Value Management System certification preferred
  • Experience with Office 365 preferred
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance required
  • Active and existing DoD Secret clearance required after day 1
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
  • Ability to process information from multiple sources
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to operate with minimal oversight and recognize when escalation is required
  • Ability to adapt to strategic and tactical tasks
