About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accountable for all Global Supply Chain activities on Global Patriot International GEM-T & Ground Programs
  • Represent Global Supply Chain and serve as its interface to the Program Management Office
  • Report Global Supply Chain program status and communicate critical issues to internal and external customers
  • Offer solutions and implement corrective actions
  • Prepare monthly material sales forecasts using the Material Forecast Tool
  • Interface and align with IPTs, Procurement and FP&A teams
  • Perform monthly forecast variance analysis
  • Proactively manage material sales Risk & Opportunity using the ROM Tool
  • Support program offset and localization efforts, including project identification and international supplier assessment and development
  • Support new program startup activities, including development of the Material Program Plan, Contract Flow-Through Brief and baselining activities
  • Support bottoms-up proposal management, PMER kick-offs and GSC proposal content for capture plans
  • Support internal and external program audits, USG Material Pricing Audits and Program Definitization
  • Support EXIM licensing requirements and Part 130 Sweeps
  • Work across the complete program lifecycle from capture through execution and sustainment (Gates 4–11) in a matrix environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • Experience with budget and Earned Value (EV) management, MRP systems and tools such as SAP, PRISM and KINAXIS, or equivalent MRP system, Risk & Opportunity Management (ROM) Tool, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and/or proposals
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar preferred
  • MPM Level 4 Certification or ability to obtain within one (1) year
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to work and succeed in a matrix environment
  • Ability to implement functional and program objectives and interface with internal management and supplier management
  • Ability to succeed in a high-stress, fast-paced development environment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize conflicting tasks
