About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead financial management, forecasting, labor tracking, and cost control for the Prime Transformation initiative
  • Compare transformation labor hours against project plans and reconcile discrepancies
  • Support labor forecasting and validate charges across cost centers and transformation projects
  • Assign resources to work centers and support work center creation during reorganizations
  • Manage and update Forecast On-Time Delivery metrics
  • Enter and maintain workstream-level forecasts in Planview
  • Validate forecasts against priorities, schedule shifts, and scope changes
  • Perform variance analysis and determine root causes with Project Managers
  • Report variances to DT Finance, PMO stakeholders, and Prime leadership
  • Review forecasts, actuals, and corrective actions with Finance
  • Review SAP actuals before monthly financial close
  • Track purchase orders and coordinate required actions with Finance
  • Track budget changes, funding adjustments, and cost-saving opportunities
  • Prepare and submit standard and Project-Manager-initiated accruals
  • Distinguish capital versus expense items and prepare eCARs
  • Set up charge codes and support new project setup
  • Research and resolve project charging discrepancies
  • Process, troubleshoot, and track SRM carts
  • Create project investment summaries and assist with cost and schedule variance analysis
  • Gather and validate project actuals tied to transformation deliverables
  • Manage daily workload independently using financial and accounting principles

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with COBRA, SAP, Planview, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams is required
  • Security clearance is not required
