About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain the program management baseline, including BCRs, LRE updates, and month-end PMB reconciliation
  • Process cost transfers as required
  • Generate internal reports on cost and schedule performance for Program Leadership and Control Account Managers
  • Generate and submit required CDRLs, including CFSRs, BMRs, and IPMRs
  • Provide ad hoc assistance, analysis, and reporting as requested by management and others
  • Support internal corporate reporting requirements, including revenue forecasts and Estimates at Complete (EAC)
  • Provide leadership and mentoring in financial reporting and processes
  • Collaborate with Program Management and key functional stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Experience in Program Controls, including knowledge of Earned Value Management fundamentals or similar skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Active Top Secret/SCI (or equivalent crossover) security clearance
  • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance required prior to start date
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Experience with SAP, APEX EV, PMX, Winsight, or similar tools preferred
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) preferred
  • Familiarity with Estimates at Complete (EAC) and Earned Value (EV) methodologies preferred
  • Ability to interface effectively with Program Management and other functional organizations
  • Experience identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and task flexibility
  • Ability to meet multiple commitments and work under deadlines and constraints
