About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare weekly and monthly program reports
- Support internal Earned Value Management implementation and maintenance
- Perform variance analysis and prepare monthly EV deliverables
- Develop quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs)
- Support the monthly forecasting process, including stakeholder coordination and Rplan updates
- Provide support for internal program reviews, including chart development and presentations
- Complete CSDR reporting requirements, including 1921 deliverables
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support to program leadership
- Collaborate with finance, engineering, operations, contracts, and program office functions
- Lead and participate in meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field and a minimum of 5 years professional finance/accounting experience; OR an Advanced degree with 3 years professional finance/accounting experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and/or variance analysis
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas, Word, and/or PowerPoint
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Experience supporting an Earned Value program or EV environment preferred
- Experience working in a DoD environment preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical thinking
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and drive process improvements
- Experience with SAP APEX, PRISM, and BW preferred
- Ability to work regularly both onsite and offsite in a hybrid role
- Must be located within a commutable distance to an assigned site; relocation assistance is not offered
