About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform detailed financial analysis
  • Support baseline and EAC (Estimate at Complete) development and reviews
  • Work closely with IPT, OSC, and program office counterparts and leadership
  • Support multiple domestic and international defense programs throughout various stages of the contract lifecycle
  • Conduct quarterly EAC reviews by individual program and product line summaries
  • Perform trend analysis for spend rates and EVMS metrics at a product line
  • Process Budget Change Requests (BCRs) as needed
  • Conduct manpower planning for IPT, ESPB, and LOE
  • Support proposal activities and pricing exercises
  • Manage financial responsibility for IPT, ESPB, and NRE efforts across the portfolio
  • Perform various ad hoc exercises

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field and a minimum of 5 years of Finance related business experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of Finance related business experience
  • Experience with SAP, APEX or related tools
  • Experience with EVMS
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • EVMS certification preferred
  • Experience with either Program Controls or Business Operations finance preferred
  • Ability to collaborate across the organization and drive independent analysis in a highly dynamic environment
  • Experience meeting critical deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
  • Basic understanding of GSCM/Ops/Quality "Standard Structure"
