About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee Supply Chain financials for several NASAMS programs as a Material Execution Program Analyst
- Develop material Estimates at Complete (EACs) quarterly, including costs, risks, and opportunities at Program and SBU levels
- Perform detailed financial analysis of total program and SBU cost elements
- Analyze monthly variances to budget baseline and EAC positions
- Prepare program financial forecasts, monitor actual costs, and explain variances to plans and forecasts
- Prepare cost estimates for new business proposals and assist Estimating and Program Analysts with basis-of-estimate rationale
- Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in APEX/SAP
- Prepare budgets and monthly Earned Value reports
- Perform weekly analysis of cost runs
- Control costs and schedules on product-based EVMS contracts using APEX/SAP EV management reporting tools
- Prepare reports to ensure contracts remain within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters
- Support and train OSC teammates when the manager/lead is unavailable
- Review and lead process improvement projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- Experience using SAP Business System
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Experience with APEX/SAP Managed Programs finance module & Business Warehouse or similar system preferred
- Analytical mindset and ability to analyze and interpret financial information preferred
- R6Sigma/CORE Specialist preferred
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certified preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred
- Operations / Material Dashboard experience preferred
- Production, Supply Chain or IMS driven EV preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment desired
- Ability to work well with team members at all levels of management preferred
