Key responsibilities & impact
  • Architect and design full stack web-based applications
  • Help modernize legacy software into modern microservice and web-based applications
  • Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation of software applications
  • Troubleshoot and isolate sources of system errors or unexpected performance
  • Perform testing, integration, and delivery of new software baselines
  • Perform in-depth analysis and assessment with an end-to-end perspective of complex systems in operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience with coding software in Java, Python, or C++
  • Experience in software development and/or software integration
  • Active and transferable TS/SCI with CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Full-Stack experience developing a React or Angular based application
  • Experience making high-level architecture decisions and determining the appropriate tech stack
  • Experience working in a structured configuration-controlled environment supporting and maintaining real-time software applications on an Operations and Maintenance contract
  • Experience with Linux/Unix, GIT, and SQL
  • Experience with JIRA, Gitlab, and Confluence
