Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and implementation of new capabilities for DSO pipelines and automations
Optimize existing DSO pipeline and automation capabilities
Set up and own sandbox environments for technology incubation and development
Work across teams and departments to enable rapid onboarding of Cert DevOps technology
Mentor, train, and onboard teammates
Manage multiple tasks and unplanned events as a self-starter
Track work using organizational skills
Keep engineering peers, leadership, and customers up to date
Apply problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork skills to support the team mission

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Experience with C, C++, and Python
Experience with C/C++ build tooling and optimization: GNU Compiler Collection (gcc/g++), Clang/LLVM compiler, Make, CMake, Conan, and Bazel
Experience with Source Control Management: GitHub or GitLab, Git
Preferred: Rust, Ada, Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS
Preferred: Ada build tooling and optimization
Preferred: Rust build tooling and optimization
Preferred: SQL and MongoDB database integration
Preferred: Grafana, PowerBI, and Tableau dashboarding
