About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development
  • Establish and maintain program logs, including Management Reserve, Undistributed Budget, and BCRs
  • Interface with all levels of management and work in a matrix environment with Directors, Program Managers, OSC, Engineering, Finance, and other functions
  • Improve current processes and cadences or establish new ones
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the program leadership team
  • Influence at all levels of the organization
  • Manage staffing
  • Gain end-to-end exposure to program execution and financial performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field and 5 years of Finance related experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years' Finance related experience
  • Experience with SAP and/or a similar system
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Financial experience in the aerospace/defense industry preferred
  • Experience in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with good presentation skills preferred
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word preferred
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements in a fast-paced changing business environment preferred
