About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support current SAP GTS v11
Participate in future GTS E4H solution design, blueprint, build, test, and sustainment
Support GTS through the Scaled Agile Framework via a dedicated Agile Release Train
Participate in detailed design sessions with business owners for backlog grooming and requirements refinement
Collaborate with GTS and ECC technical and functional team members on system configuration and development
Create and execute test scenarios and scripts with business owners and testers
Support functionality validation and defect resolution
Provide hyper-care and sustainment support during migration of solution changes
Collaborate with business, digital, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements
Design and implement GTS solutions aligned with the desired RTX model and industry best practices
Provide technical guidance for Compliance and Customs Management enhancements
Create and implement management changes associated with business process redesign
Communicate with stakeholders about system changes and new or enhanced functionality
Manage multiple priorities and drive successful completion

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in GTS or SAP processes
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline, or equivalent related work and schooling in lieu of degree
3+ years’ experience with SAP GTS Compliance and Customs Management functionality
3+ years’ experience with Jurisdiction and Classification applications
2+ years’ experience with Restricted Party Screening tools
2+ years’ experience with Exports and Imports for both Self-filing and Broker-filing
Basic knowledge of US Customs and Intrastat filing and reporting and related capabilities
U.S. citizenship is required to access certain necessary systems
Knowledge with OCR EASE preferred
Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework and planning work within an Agile Release Train preferred
