About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide contractual guidance on non-disclosure agreements to cross-functional partners
  • Represent Collins Aerospace on contractual transactions and maintain customer business relationships
  • Analyze non-disclosure agreements and perform related general contract administration
  • Manage contractual scope and terms and conditions to ensure compliance
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve contractual issues
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with internal and external customer program teams
  • Follow standardized corporate procedures and compliance documentation
  • Disseminate customer contractual requirements within the organization
  • Act as liaison between internal and external customers and respond to stakeholder inquiries
  • Work autonomously with oversight
  • Manage non-disclosure agreements and engage directly with program leadership
  • Negotiate and resolve complex issues
  • Apply a commercial mindset to high-risk terms and negotiations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • Experience in contracts management of U.S. Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
  • Ability to manage a high volume of non-disclosure agreements simultaneously
  • Experience in contract negotiations, execution, and administration, including price, Statement of Work, terms and conditions
  • Experience with FAR and DFARS requirements
  • Understanding of commercial aspects of non-disclosure agreements and risk quantification
  • Ability to multi-task with routine and complex non-disclosure agreement activities
  • Experience with direct engagement with external customers
  • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • Security clearance is not required
