About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure development and execution of a complex air defense program across two primary IPTs
- Manage requirements management, system design, test planning, integration, and verification and validation
- Manage and monitor work-scope execution
- Determine team staffing allocations
- Provide feedback on team execution
- Coordinate across organizational disciplines and functions
- Identify team and work issues and resolve roadblocks
- Ensure completion of team objectives
- Support program execution and growth through continuous improvement of people, processes, and tools
- Travel locally and non-locally approximately 10%
Requirements
What you’ll need- STEM degree typically required
- Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience with systems engineering, radar data analysis, integration, verification, validation and/or system testing
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, Perl, C/C++, Linux, Unix, and/or other programming
- Experience with technical and/or functional leadership
- U.S. citizenship required
- Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance required prior to start date
- Ability to obtain an interim U.S. government-issued security clearance required prior to start date
- DoD Secret clearance
- Strong integration skills preferred
- Knowledge of radar algorithms and radar signal processing concepts preferred
- Experience with systems engineering, system integration, system verification, and/or system test preferred
- Experience with CAM, IMP/IMS, Risk and Opportunity Management, and/or bids/proposals preferred
- Experience in an integration lab, test facility, or field supporting RF systems integration and/or verification preferred
- Experience with DoD or similar major programs across the product lifecycle preferred
