About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a team of Product Owners
- Deliver products aligned with the company's strategic goals
- Drive definition and execution of overall product strategy and product innovation
- Collaborate across departments and with customers
- Serve as a strategic liaison between three manufacturing sectors
- Integrate solutions across various sites
- Develop department digital product strategies and roadmaps for common automated solutions
- Align solutions to the CORE process matrix while maximizing affordability and speed to market
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Define and implement product management processes and methodologies
- Liaise between stakeholders, customers, and Product Owners
- Establish measurable product goals and track progress using KPIs
- Make data-informed adjustments to optimize product performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience
- Minimum of 4+ years in product management or product ownership
- Direct experience successfully delivering complex products end-to-end within a manufacturing factory environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira and DevOps
- Experience with transition to production of software products, automation systems or similar
- Demonstrated experience developing and/or strengthening customer relationships
- Continuous improvement/growth, quality and analytical mindset
- Professional experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably Aerospace and Defense factories with automation systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
- Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1
- Ability to travel domestically 25% of the time
